Sub Surface can provide Flood Risk Assessment Reports for site purchase, in support of planning applications for new developments located in areas at risk of flooding or for due diligence. Flood surveys may also be a requirement for larger developments in low risk flood zones.
Our Flood Risk Assessments are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework and the guidelines given in CIRIA Report 624, and aim to identify flood hazards that may affect the development/property, and whether the proposals could result in an increase in surface water run-off.
