Sub Surface Midlands Ltd was founded in 1984 and is based in Tipton, West Midlands. Gurbinder Mann (Contracts Manager of Sub Surface Midlands Ltd) will design a site specific Site Investigation to determine the ground conditions, to meet the Client’s requirements and, where necessary, to satisfy the various regulatory requirements of Local Authority Planning, Environmental Health and Building Control Departments, the Environment Agency and property transactions.
